All trips are designed to accommodate 4 guests. We can accommodate 5 anglers for an additional $50 and 6 angers for an additional $100 total. There is always something to be caught in South Florida! Various species fluctuate in abundance throughout the year. If you are fearful of seasickness, the ocean is normally the calmest throughout the summer months,
Depending on the location of your charter, Capt. Hayden will advise you on pick-up location once the trip approaches. We most commonly fish from Pompano Beach, FL. However, other trip locations can be accommodated.
Mates aboard the vessel work for tips. We will typically carry 1-2 mates depending on the size of your party to help the trip run smoothly and help you enjoy your time on the water. Common courtesy is tipping the crew 20% of the price of your charter. This is the same regardless of the number of mates.
To book your trip, a deposit of 20% of the cost of your charter is due at the time of booking. At this time, we accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or in cash before your trip departs. We do not accept checks at this time.
All deposits are refundable if a trip is cancelled by clients withing 72 hours of departure. Trips may be rescheduled without penalty. Triple Threat Fishing Charters reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time. In the event of such a cancellation, you will be fully refunded or provided the opportunity to reschedule your trip. Most cancellations (while rare) occur due to extreme weather events. Capt. Hayden will carefully watch weather forecasts to inform you of any extreme weather with advanced notice.
Absolutely! We have numerous trips available that don't venture offshore and are highly unlikely to cause seasickness. In the event that you are sea sick, Capt. Hayden can recommend various products that other clients have used and found success with as a preventative measure.
Absolutely! If our catch is in-season and legally allowed to be harvested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), we are happy to bring fish home for you. Sometimes, we encounter rainstorms while offshore. The vessel does not have an enclosed cabin, and you may get wet in the event of a rainstorm or rough seas. If rain is in the forecast, Capt. Hayden will advise if he reccomends bringing rain gear for the trip
